Yes, thanks a for playing. Instead of endless face options, I chose to add 100 hairstyles, armors and items. Adding 100 animations was higher priority than face options, like in 0x72’s sprite maker. 😀

Use Mythril2D instead! For top-down 2D action/adventure games. This is already super compatible with it for heroes, enemies, summons and more.

Hair and hat are separate. You can add hair styles without the hats & armors.

Yes, you can load the characters and sprites into a generator for your game. But not the code. This tool and code is for the web.

I'd also like to ask if you'd ever make up/down animations so the sprites can be used for top-down games and not just platformers/side-scrollers/etc.
edit: dw, I'm kinda shortsighted and didn't think the characters could walk up and down without needing dedicates sprites. It sounded weird in my head but looked totally fine and natural when I saw a working demo (video on Mithril2D)

Is the pixel sprite image generated by the browser free? Do I still need to purchase a mixer and generator for commercial use? What are the differences between the mixer and generator purchased and the one generated by the browser? Please forgive me for asking so many questions

Wow, this is pretty comprehensive for a free tool! It would be nice if the styles and types were filters instead of randomizers. Can you perhaps specify the Creative Commons license of the assets, e.g., CC0 or CC BY?
